This is an 'appeal from a judgment of the district court of Okfuskee county sustaining a demurrer to the petition and amended petition of the plaintiffs in error, petitioners in the lower court, wherein they sought to set aside a final order of the court approving the final report determining heirship and ordering distribution of the estate of Silla Micco, deceased.
