Plaintiff, a Black who was unsuccessful in her attempt to pass the District of Columbia bar examination, brings this action pro se against several past and present members of the Committee on Admissions to thé Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Plaintiff essentially alleges that defendants’ construction and grading of the bar examination violated her rights under the equal protection and due process of law components of the Fifth Amendment.
