SPERRY, Commissioner.

Plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment dismissing her petition for divorce and granting defendant a decree of divorce on his cross bill. Plaintiff was also allowed attorney fees, suit money and costs. The real and only question involved is whether the evidence supports the judgment.

We will review the case upon both the law and the evidence and reach our own conclusions, but we will not set aside the judgment unless it is clearly erroneous; and we will give due regard to the opportunity of the trial court to judge the credibility of the witnesses. Phelps v. Phelps,…
