MANFORD, Judge.

Appellant (plaintiff below) appeals from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of respondents (defendants below) on appellant’s petition for damages for wrongful death and personal injuries.

Appellant’s petition alleges that the mobile home manufactured by respondent Fu-qua Homes, Inc., and sold by respondent Ruby Pitts, d/b/a Pitts Mobile Homes, did not have a flue (or roof jack) which would allow the furnace gases to vent outside the home.
