Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J.), rendered October 24, 1989, as amended, convicting him. of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
