This case is before the court on the Report and Recommendation [Doc. No. 16 — 1] of the Magistrate Judge recommending that the Commissioner’s Motion For Entry of Judgment under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) with reversal and remand of the cause to Defendant [Doc. No. 14 — -1] be granted in part and denied in part, and that the decision of the Commissioner be reversed, and that this action be remanded to the Commissioner for an award of disability benefits.
