I. INTRODUCTION

Karl and April Comtois (the “Debtors”) filed a voluntary petition under chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 on February 8, 2006 (the “Petition Date”). The Debtors and Lawrence Sumski, the chapter 13 trustee (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) commenced this adversary proceeding on March 13, 2006, by filing a complaint against MAK Investments, LLC (the “Defendant”).
