I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”) filed this declaratory judgment action against Defendant Anna N. Duckworth (“Duck-worth”) as Personal Representative of the Estate of Aquila E. Duckworth. The dispute arises from a motorcycle accident involving an uninsured motorist that occurred on March 27, 2007, which took the life of Defendant’s husband, Aquila Duck-worth.
