In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel the respondent board of education to make its award with respect to transportation services in accordance with the provisions for public bidding set forth in section 305 of the Education Law, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Leone, J.), dated June 2, 1981, which, inter alia, dismissed the petition.
