Reversing in each case.
These actions involve the same questions and hence will he heard together. Each of the appellants filed a petition in equity in the Franklin circuit court against the Insurance Commissioner of Kentucky, and each alleged that it was a corporation which had been organized under the laws of the state of Kentucky, and particularly under the provisions of the act of the general assembly, which became a law on the 24th day of March, 1906, and which is entitled, “An act to regulate burial associations, corporations and companies doing business…
