The plaintiff, Alan C. Nicholson, Sr. (“Nicholson”), an inmate confined at the Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers, Connecticut, brings this civil rights action pro se and in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915.
