Ivan W. Sanders, as administrator of Nancy E. Dawson, brought this action against the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company, the- Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company of Kentucky, and David Evans, its engineer, to recover damages for the death of his decedent.
