This suit was instituted by defendant in error against the Home Benefit Association, an unincorporated association, and J. W. Torbett and Michael S. Hunt, to recover on a life insurance policy issued to ber deceased husband and payable to her. Judgment by default was rendered against each of the named defendants in the' trial court for the face value of said policy, from which they have perfected their appeal.
