Memorandum Opinion

HENLEY, Chief Judge.

This criminal case involving alleged violations of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938, 21 U.S.C.A. § 301 et seq., is now before the Court on two motions to suppress evidence filed by the corporate defendant, J. B. Kramer Grocery Co., Inc., and by the individual defendant, James B. Kramer. The first motion is based upon the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States prohibiting unreasonable searches and seizures.
