{1} Plaintiff Robert Frederick appeals two district court orders: (1) an order denying his motion to strike Defendant Sun 1031, LLC’s (1031) third-party complaint and (2) an order granting 1031’s and Third-Party Defendants’ Sun Byron, LLC, Sun Shelby, LLC, and Sun Tiffany, LLC (collectively, Byron, Shelby, and Tiffany) motion to compel arbitration.
