The offense is rape; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for ten years.
The indictment charges rape by force, threats, and fraud. Appellant contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the charge. '
Prosecutrix, Ruth Beams, who is a young married woman about IS years of age, had been living in lama, Ariz., with her husband. Prior to the alleged assault, her husband had gone to Waurika, Okl., in search of work. She remained in Turna.
