Appeal from denial, after hearing, of motion to set aside and vacate judgment of conviction of murder, first degree, imposed on plea of guilty. Criminal Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R.

On July 9, 1968, Lee Vernon Warren, with his court-appointed attorney, Robert H. Wendt, pleaded guilty to a charge of murder, first degree, a charge of arson, and two charges of burglary, second degree, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment for life in the murder case, two years in the arson case, and two years in each of the burglary cases.
