The Estate of Ivan S. Kerr (“the estate”) appeals from a district court order directing the attorney representing Joan Valentine Mohamed (“Mohamed”) in an insurance policy dispute to return a portion of fees he received to the estate. The district court originally ordered payment of the insurance proceeds to Mohamed, from which her attorney received $93)000.
