This Cause came on to be heard on October 9, 1981, upon the debtor, Herman J. Zotti’s (“debtor”) motion to assume an exec-utory contract with Midwestern National Life Insurance Company of Ohio (“Midwestern National”), and the Court having considered the argument of counsel and Memoranda of Law submitted herein, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, does hereby make the following findings of fact and conclusions of law:
