This is a suit filed by the appellants against the county of Red River to recover damages resulting from the laying out and establishing of a public road across their land. The petition as amended described the location of the road and of appellants’ tract of land on which it was to be established. It alleges that on December 10, 1928, the commissioners’ court of Red River county appointed a jury of view to lay out the road in the manner required by law.
