The plaintiffs Waterford Condominium Association as agent and Meyer Karch individually and in a representative capacity on behalf of initial purchasers of units in the Waterford Condominium filed a lawsuit against various persons connected with the building of the condominium in the early 1970’s. (Meyer Karch purchased his unit on July 29,1973.) The suit was filed in 1977 against Dunbar Corporation (Dunbar) and Dunbar Constructors, Inc.
