*1372Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Frederick G. Reed, A.J.), rendered February 14, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the second degree (two counts), grand larceny in the third degree (two counts), grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts) and criminal mischief in the third degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that said appeal from the judgment insofar as it imposed sentence is unanimously dismissed and the judgment is modified on the law by reducing the conviction of grand larceny in the third degree under count two of the…
