This is a bill to restrain the defendants from erecting any building on land having a frontage of less than one hundred and fifty feet, or from selling any property without inserting such a restriction in the deed. It is conceded that no such restriction appears in the defendants' chain of title. The theory of the bill appears to be that the defendants had knowledge of a community scheme which requires such restrictions.
