Wayne Eugene Sinclair appeals his conviction for two counts of second-degree kidnapping in violation of Iowa Code sections 710.1(1) or (2) and 710.3 (1999), attempted murder in violation of Iowa Code section 707.11, and first-degree burglary in violation of Iowa Code sections 713.1 and 713.3.
