SWYGERT, Senior Circuit Judge:

Jacklyn McKenna appeals the district court’s dismissal of her complaint against the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), 1 — F.Supp. -. We affirm the dismissal because, as the district court held, the WMATA Compact, D.C. Code Ann. § 1-2431, exempts WMA-TA from the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51 et seq.
