Harshbarger, Justice:

United States Steel Corporation appealed an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board dated April *231, 1977 that affirmed a ruling of the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner granting Irvine Maynard a 20% permanent partial disability award for occupational pneumoconiosis and charging 87.68% of the award to United States Steel and 12.32% to Crystal Block Coal Company.
