This is an attempted appeal from an award of the Industrial Board of the State of Indiana seeking the review of an order and award of said board denying compensation to the appellant. Appellant assigns as error to the court: “(1) The finding of the board is contrary to law, and (2) the finding of the board is not sustained by competent evidence.”
