Appellant Bailey was charged with various offenses arising out of events that resulted in the murders of Andre Briscoe, Kimberly Smith, and Henry Bost. After a six-day jury trial, he was convicted on two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of possession of a firearm during a crime of violence (“PFCV”), two counts of armed robbery, three counts of first-degree felony murder, two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, assault with intent to kill while armed (“AWIKWA”), and assault with a dangerous weapon (“ADW”).
