OPINION

This matter came before a panel of this court for oral argument on January 16, 1996, pursuant to an order directing the defendant to appear and show cause why the judgment entered in the Superior Court should not be summarily reversed. After hearing the arguments of counsel and examining the mem-oranda submitted by the parties, we are of the opinion that cause has not been shown and that the Superior Court judgment should be summarily reversed.
