The facts for this adversary proceeding are not in dispute. The parties have stipulated that: The debtors, Samuel and Lorraine Stone, filed a Chapter 7 petition on November 3, 1998. On February 10, 1999, the debtors were granted a discharge. The case was closed February 26, 1999, and reopened April 27, 1999, on the debt- or’s motion.
