Plaintiff in error, Loretta Montanye, on August 29, 1930, filed in the circuit court of Kane county a bill to set aside two deeds, certain trust deeds and a contract for the sale of certain real estate in the city of Elgin, Kane county, owned by her prior to August 2, 1921, and for an accounting of the rents and profits of such real estate. Defendants in error, Grafton B. Harlan, Anna A. Harlan, George W. Glos, George J. Avery and Ina M. Campbell, were made parties defendant to the bill and entered their appearance.
