ORDER ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY AND DETERMINATION OF LIEN STATUS

A telephonic hearing was held on September 13, 1991 on the creditor’s motion for relief from stay and trustee’s objection thereto. Thomas H. Burke appeared on behalf of the creditor, Concord Commercial Corporation (“Concord”); Mike Christensen appeared on behalf of the debtor; and Anita L. Shodeen appeared as Trustee.
