Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Nicandri, J.), rendered February 18, 1997, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the second degree, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered November 24, 1997, which resentenced defendant following his conviction of the crime of burglary in the second degree.
