This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff First Global Communications’ motion for a preliminary injunction. (Dkt. No. 27). The Court has reviewed the papers and pleadings submitted by the parties, as well as Plaintiffs website (www.worldsexguide. org) and the parties’ responses to the Court’s order to show cause why Plaintiffs motion should not be denied under the clean hands doctrine.
