Appellee, as plaintiff, filed suit against the Cattlemen’s Trust Company, the First National Bank of Bowie, Tex., A. E. Thomas, and T. C. Phillips, as defendants, to enjoin them, and each of them, from selling or in any manner disposing of or incumbering 30 shares of stock in the Cattlemen’s Trust Company of Ft. Worth, Tex., held by the First National Bank of Bowie as collateral to secure the payment of the first two notes, designated Nos. 2 and 3, of a series of five vendor’s lien notes executed by C. W.
