¶1 At a bench trial on stipulated facts, the trial court found Darrin L. Louthan guilty of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, contrary to RCW 69.50.4013(1). Louthan appeals his conviction, asserting that the arresting officer lacked probable cause to arrest him for possession of drug paraphernalia and, thus, the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress the evidence seized incident to his arrest.
