Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Lange, J.), rendered September 28, 1990, convicting him of robbery in *530the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree (five counts), assault in the second degree, and assault in the third degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
