{1 Appellant Latashia Garrion (Mother) appeals from the district court's order (Order) terminating her parental rights in B.W., RW., TW., and AW. (the Children), and adopting Mother's signed Request to Consent to Termination of Parental Rights (the relinquishment) pursuant to a settlement agreement with Appellee State of Oklahoma (State).
