Plaintiff Ecodyne Corporation seeks a declaratory judgment that the defendant Croll-Reynolds Engineering Company’s installation of a condensate polishing apparatus in accordance with defendant’s contract with Iowa Southern Utilities Co. will infringe two of plaintiff’s patents. Plaintiff further seeks a permanent injunction against infringement, contributory infringement or inducement to infringe and an award of damages, costs and attorneys’ fees.
