Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on May 1, 1972, directing that plaintiff recover arrearages for unpaid child support in the amount of $12,775 (representing weekly support payments accruing pursuant to the Florida judgment of divorce for the period of July 20, 1961 through July 29, 1968) in addition to counsel fees of $1,500, is unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs and without disbursements, and the complaint dismissed.
