Gianocostas v. Riu Hotels, S.A.

Plaintiffs, Marilyn Gianocostas (“decedent’s mother”) and George Gianocostas (“decedent’s father”), administrators of the estate of their daughter, Jennifer Gianocostas, seek damages for negligence, negligent misrepresentation and the wrongful death of their daughter.
