Relator commenced this proceeding under the Tax Law to review by certiorari the determination of the board of assessors of the town of Forrestport, Oneida county, N. Y., refusing exemption from taxation of the real property of the relator in said town, commonly called the Masonic Home Camp, and placing an assessment thereupon in the assessment rolls of the town in the sum of $53,050.
