Plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court’s order denying his motion for reconsideration of the court’s order granting summary disposition on the basis that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction over his claim. MCR 2.116(C) (4). We affirm.
Plaintiff filed a seven-count complaint, essentially alleging that defendant fired him without just cause and in order to avoid paying workers’ compensation benefits.
