This is an appeal from the judgment and order of the Circuit Court in a proceeding by mandamus, brought by appellee, as relator, to compel appellant to construct a farm-crossing over its track and right of way opposite the end of Second street, in the village of Keensburg, in Wabash county. The case was tried by the court upon issues made by petition and answer, and the trial resulted in a finding in favor of appellee.
