INTRODUCTION

Donald Newman and Marietta Newman sued the Columbus Township Board and Columbus Township Board members Steve Blaser, David Scharff, and Rick Braun (collectively Appellees), seeking a writ of mandamus to require Appellees to put into effect the motions passed by the electors of the township at their 2005 annual meeting.
