Before the court is a motion from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in its corporate capacity (“FDIC-C”), seeking a protective order to narrow or strike former Westernbank Director and Officer defendants’ (“D & Os”) Rule 30(b)(6) deposition notice.
