Plaintiffs-counter defendants-appellants, Jack Aronowitz, Health-Chem Diagnostics LLC, and Leon Services LLC (collectively “Aronowitz”),1 appeal an “Omnibus Order” by the district court for the Southern District of Florida addressing a number of post-trial motions.
