In this case, the Stockyards National Bank of Chicago on August 2, 1924, commenced action to foreclose certain renewal notes and real estate and chattel mortgages, all executed by the defendants Arthur. The case was tried to the court without a jury, and on September 19, 1925, the Stockyards National Bank of Chicago and the Picabo State Bank, defendant and cross-complainant, were awarded joint interest in a decree of foreclosure and sale.
