COLEMAN, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from the conviction of Norman Carmello Virciglio in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama on an indictment charging him with possessing a firearm which had not been registered in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d), § 5871; aiding and abetting in the transfer of a firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(e), § 5871; and wilfully and knowingly engaging in the business of dealing in firearms in violation of 18 U.
