Iiln this action to partition their community property, both Plaintiff, Heather Lynn Carmichael, and Defendant, Ray Bradley Brooks, appeal the trial court’s *835judgment dividing their community property. For the following reasons, we affirm as amended in part, reverse in part, vacate in part, render, and remand.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
